Permit/Application Details

The City of Bellevue Utilities Department plans on replacing the existing Pikes Peak reservoir with a new reservoir and install associated piping and site improvements. Work within the City of Bellevue includes installation of water main, a water valve vault, storm drain, a stormwater detention vault, electrical service conduit / wire, access to the building site within unincorporated King County, and associated work. The City has applied for a building permit from King County, which will include clearing and grading review for the portion of the project within Unincorporated King County.
