EXT to GD permit 1/9/23 kb. The City of Bellevue Utilities Department plans on replacing the existing Pikes Peak reservoir with a new reservoir and install associated piping and site improvements. Work within the ROW includes installation of water main, a water valve vault, storm drain, a stormwater detention vault, electrical service conduit / wire, and associated work.
Although the 2019 Trench Restoration map shows NE 39th street as a no cut street, the Utilities Project Manager, Jay Hummel, has been coordinating with the Transportation Pavement Manager, Kyle Potuzak, to have the work under this application completed prior to overlay of the road as part of Transportation's annual pavement overlay program in 2021 or 2022. It is our understanding that the overlay by Transportation was originally planned for 2019, triggering the no cut classification on the map.
