Permit/Application Details

Locate Zayo vault on 140th Ave SE in front of 1027. Install mid-sheath splice case on 432ct fiber. Tie in 48ct fiber. Saw cut and open trench 47' asphalt roadway, concrete sidewalk and landscape area to PSE pole. Install (1) 4" conduit and riser with (3) 1-1/4" inner-ducts. Pull (1) 48ct fiber through. Remove and replace asphalt road with grind and overlay per City of Bellevue specifications. Install on PSE poles new 1/4" strand and lash 48ct fiber north to SE 10th St then west to 13601. Install (1) 4" riser with (3) 1-1/4" inner-ducts. Trench in gravel / grass area 36' and install (1) 4" conduit with (3) 1-1/4" inner-ducts. Locate Sprint existing 2" conduit and overset 24x36 vault. Pull (1) 48ct fiber through. Exit ROW.
