Work area begins northwest of the intersection of SE 26th St and Richards Rd, running east (2520') along the north side of SE 26th St to the southeast corner of intersection of SE 26th St and 139th Ave SE, turning south and running (1700') along the east side of 139th Ave SE to address 3120 139th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98005.
