This single family residence has gone through phases of remodeling and having the last phase of remodeling unpermitted and received a stop work order from Bellevue building inspector. Since August 2019, our client became the new owner of this property and intend to develop and complete house remodeling.
The scope of work for this development is remodeling to existing single family residence based on existing house footprint, addition of 2-car garage on the west and addition of deck and living space on the east of the existing building
We have identified the existing building footprint based on King County records dated 5/15/2006, this record is illustrated on the site plan on Sheet A1.0. With this information and development intent, we were advised by Land Use department to apply for DC permit to obtain a review specifics of this property regarding this existing record and applicable land use code.
