Description
At building #4, along grid D and between grids 2A and 3A, we found that section of one of the (2) 2x floor joist at stair landing is broken, reducing the capacity of the joist to resist the floor loads. The scope of repair at this location includes the installation of a new preservative treated (PT) 6x10 beam below the broken joist; then replacing the broken joist with solid blocking.
