We are proposing a three-tower development over a continuous below grade garage with depressed mid-block that will provide garage and loading dock access. The develop is intended to be mixed use. Two towers will be office only and one tower is residential with a potential hotel at the base. The podium of all three towers will contain retail elements. Tower 1 (west) and Tower 2 (south) will both extend to 600 feet. The eastern tower will extend to the tallest height that our remaining FAR will allow which is approximately 500 feet. In total, the project is planned for approximately 1.5M sf of office, 440 residential units and 285 hotel rooms.
