Description

Four106 is the first phase of a larger two-phase Master Development Plan (MDP) that sits in a central location within the city of Bellevue at the corner of NE 4th ST and 106th AVE NE. With easy access to 405, old Bellevue, the downtown park, and all the shopping & entertainment the city has to offer, this site is an ideal location for commercial development.
