Four106 is the first phase of a larger two-phase Master Development Plan (MDP) that sits in a central location within the city of Bellevue at the corner of NE 4th ST and 106th AVE NE. With easy access to 405, old Bellevue, the downtown park, and all the shopping & entertainment the city has to offer, this site is an ideal location for commercial development. The project will be an 18 story Class-A office building with 8 levels of below grade parking. In total, there will be 420,000 GSF of office, combined with ground floor uses comprising of 4,300 SF of retail, and 3,500 SF of public commons. Four106 is directly adjacent to other large-scale tower developments in the downtown area: Lincoln Square II, Centre 425, the Bellevue Towers, and the Expedia building. This project is the next evolution of Bellevue.
