Permit/Application Details

We are visually inspecting Centurylink manholes. We set up traffic control, remove the manhole cover, climb down the ladder and proceed to take pictures of all 4 walls of the manhole. We then jot down notes as to how many conduits are in each wall as well as which ones are full and which are available. We then climb back out of the manhole and move onto the next one to inspect. There is NO CONSTRUCTION whatsoever. No coring, no drilling, no saw cuts, no cutting. We're proposing this work to be done during the day between 9 am and 3 pm. On a nationwide average - we average around 30 minutes per manhole.
