Permit/Application Details

The project will consist of the change from 2 bed, semi private rooms to single bed, private rooms for the majority of the facility. This will result in the removal of numerous light fixtures and receptacles resulting in a net load reduction to all circuits. In addition, all existing electrical devices in the patient rooms will be removed and replaced with new. All existing light fixtures in patient rooms will be removed and replaced with lower wattage LED lighting. The existing low voltage, wired call system will be removed and replaced with a wireless system and the access control system will be modified to interface with the new call system. All electrical panels and circuits are existing and will see a net load reduction.
