Remove existing ductwork in pool area and mechanical room. Install exhaust fan with speed controller to service pool area and maintain negative pressure. Install a ducted split system to service the exercise area. Install dehumidification air handling unit to serve the pool area. This includes an additional split system air handling unit to work in conjunction with the dehumidification unit. Install (2) condensing units that serve the 2-ton air handling unit as well as the dehumidification unit. Install exposed aluminum ducting & GRDs. Return air and outside air will have motorized dampers with actuators. Duct will be externally wrapped inside mechanical room. *Add on 2 exhaust fans
