Description
Repair existing pier, enlarging the 8'6" wide slip to 10'. The piles will be repaired as needed by sleeving with HDPE pipe and filling with concrete. Repair caps and stringers. Replace solid decking with grated decking. Pier size to be reduced by 36sf. Install boat lift and pier mounted PWC lift.
