Description
Repair work on existing dock on Lake Sammamish (work to be done in same footprint). Replace framing in kind/same location - stringers to be 4" x 8" ACZA treated fir, joists/pile caps to be 6" x 8" ACZA treated fir. Piles to be sleeved w/HDPE tubes. Does not include clearing & grading. Does not include mechanical, electrical or plumbing.
