SOMERSET ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Work begins on Factoria Blvd SE, 270' south of the intersection of SE Newport Way on the south side of the street. Zayo will install (1) 4" riser with (2) 1-1/4'' polyducts and pull (1) 144ct. fiber through. All fiber is 144ct. All polyducts 1-1/4". Zayo will trench 11' north in the sidewalk, turn 90 degrees to meet up with and trench 77' across roadway (Factoria Blvd SE) permitted under Newport High School permit. Zayo will install 4" conduit with innerducts and pull fiber through. Zayo will install a new 24"x36" vault on the west side of the roadway, in the sidewalk. Zayo will leave fiber storage inside vault. Zayo will trench in sidewalk/grass an additional 7' west from vault location, install conduit and pull fiber through. Zayo will sweep polyducts into existing MCI vault and pull fiber through. Zayo will begin aerial attachment at beginning location above as noted. Zayo will attach 1/4" strand and lash to 30 poles along route. Aerial run starts on Factoria Blvd SE heading north, turns east along SE Newport Way, continues up to 130th PL SE-SE Newport Way and heads northeast. Route follows along SE Newport Way up to Somerset Blvd SE. Aerial run stops here. Zayo will install a riser with innerducts- pull fiber through to a pole located on the north side of SE Newport Way 58' east of the intersection of SE Allen Rd. Zayo will Trench 22' east in the landscape area from this point, install conduit with innerducts and pull fiber through. Zayo will install a new 24"x
