Permit/Application Details

Repair fire damaged garage roof trusses in like kind as well as remove and replace smoke damaged gypsum drywall at an adjacent bedroom wall and ceiling. Existing exterior garage bearing walls and foundation were not damaged and will remain to re-support replaced roof truss load. Existing smoke damaged attic insulation will be removed and replaced to meet or exceed current code requirements. No change of use or increase building height or area is proposed.
