Description
We would like to demo & build new Single Family Residence. Our concern is the steep slope on property. We think the lots will be non-buildible if the 50ft set backs apply. We would like to ask for a variance to build up to the location of the home shown on the site plan. The attached survey shows proposed house with boundary and topo.
