Permit/Application Details

Haul route and driveway for new single family residence. Utility stub-outs already exist for each lot. Driveway curb cuts exist for some lots. Construct driveway approach to city standards (DEV-7C). If an existing curb cut will be relocated, then the old curb cut must be closed with installation of standard curb and gutter (and sidewalk where needed). No cutting of paved street surface is approved unless done prior to final lift of asphalt. If trenching in the street surface or repair of pavement damage is required, then a revision to this permit will be required. See attachments and conditions.
