Description
Previous permit 12-113686 and 11-124966 TJ (expired); reissued for continuation of work. Install 1-2" riser on stand-off brackets at P1 (Grid #221591-168487). Open bore pit (in grass) in ROW on the east side P1 and bore east on to private property, then north, approx. 220' from P1 to V1 and V2 to place 2" conduit and replace existing 1/0 cables with new solid-jacketed cables. See PSE Conditions. NO HARD SURFACE DISTURBANCE ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
