Demo and construct new house. Includes haul route. Driveway revised per plans. No concrete driveway in right of way. Some existing asphalt in parking area adjacent to property line may be removed at owner's option, but 8-foot min paved parking strip must remain. No street cuts approved south of existing thickened edge along NE 16th St. Any additional activities in the public right of way will require a revision to this permit. Permit is subject to hourly inspection charges. See Special Conditions & Attachments.
