Description
Retroactive application to correct damage caused by City of Bellevue Utilities Operations and Maintenance work. The project includes the restoration of the channel of Yarrow Creek directly adjacent to SR 520 upsteam of an abandoned section of Lake Washington Boulevard NE. The restoration activity was completed as an emergency action allowed under LUC 20.25H.055.B, LUC 20.25H.055.C.3.b, and WAC 197-11-880. The restoration includes the placement of wood and rock within the stream channel and the replanting of the streambank riparian area.
